These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our chatbot subscription service (the “Service”). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

The Service provides access to an AI-powered chatbot that generates responses based on user input. The chatbot may assist with general information, content generation, brainstorming, and productivity support.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis with a monthly usage limit of words, inclusive of user inputs and chatbot outputs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Subscription and Billing

3.1 Subscription Term

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis unless canceled.

3.2 Usage Limits

  • Each subscription includes a specific number of words per month

  • Usage resets at the start of each billing cycle

  • Unused words do not roll over

  • Access may be suspended once the limit is reached

3.3 Payments

All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable except as outlined in the Return and Refund Policy.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not provide a refund for the current billing period. Access remains active until the end of the billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights

  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful content

  • Generate or distribute malicious code or instructions

  • Harass, abuse, or harm others

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.

6. Prohibited Reliance and Disclaimer of Advice

The Service does not provide:

  • Legal advice

  • Medical advice

  • Financial, investment, or tax advice

  • Mental health counseling or crisis support

All responses are for general informational purposes only and must not be relied upon as professional advice.

7. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • How you use the Service

  • Reviewing, verifying, and validating chatbot outputs

  • Any decisions or actions taken based on generated content

You agree that the Service is a support tool, not a decision-maker.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Service Ownership

The Service, including software, branding, and underlying systems, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

8.2 User Content

You retain rights to your inputs. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the Service.

8.3 Generated Content

Generated responses are provided “as-is.” We make no representations regarding originality, accuracy, or non-infringement.

9. Data and Privacy

We do not guarantee long-term storage or retrieval of conversations. Users should not submit sensitive personal, confidential, or proprietary information.

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary outages, maintenance, or technical issues may occur.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Accuracy or reliability of outputs

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

  • Damages resulting from reliance on chatbot outputs

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service during the most recent billing period.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service, with or without notice.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
