Return and Refund Policy

Overview

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases of our chatbot subscription service. By purchasing or using the service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Because this is a digital, usage-based subscription, returns and refunds are handled differently than physical goods.


Digital Service – No Physical Returns

Our chatbot subscription is a non-tangible, digital service delivered immediately upon activation. As a result:

  • There are no physical items to return

  • Access to the service begins immediately after payment confirmation


Refund Eligibility

Monthly Subscriptions

Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • A technical issue on our side prevents access to the service for a significant portion of the billing period

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors

  • Service was unavailable due to a verified system failure and no reasonable alternative was provided

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Partial use of the monthly word allowance

  • Unused words or unused time

  • Dissatisfaction with chatbot responses, tone, or output quality

  • User error or misunderstanding of service features

  • Reaching the monthly word limit

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Violations of the Terms of Service

Once chatbot usage has occurred, the subscription is generally considered consumed.


Free Trials or Promotional Access

If a free trial or promotional period is offered:

  • No charges will be refunded for failure to cancel before the trial ends

  • Trial usage is provided “as-is” with no refund eligibility


Subscription Cancellations

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time

  • Cancellation stops future billing only

  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle

  • No prorated refunds are issued for canceled subscriptions


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with:

  • Your name or account email

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for the request

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed.


Processing Time

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors


Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of service

  • Permanent account termination

We encourage customers to reach out directly so we can resolve issues promptly.


Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
